Room very warm and uncomfortable

Hotel needs a refurb. Nothing like pictures on website. Bed extremely uncomfortable and lumpy had to sleep on top of duvet. Very noisy from 5 am with doors banging. Door alarms going off, noise from surrounding bathrooms, every time someone rang a tap, flushed a loo etc. Got two flea bites.

Bus stops not far from the hotel, two very good restaurants left and right of the hotel (Garden House and The Duck), not far from the nightlife area.

Air-conditioning device was too loud. After switching it off, we had water on the inside of the windows on the next morning
