November 2018

Location for Sandyford Industrial estate & M50 motorway.

Noise seems to travel easily, even from 2/3 rooms away, particularly with doors slamming closed. I am normally a deep sleeper but was woken up by noisy neighbours repeatedly going in and out of their room after 11.30pm. I also used the in-house laundry service too, which seemed to go well until it came to tracking it down the next day. I returned to my room at about 6pm after being out all day expecting to find my fresh laundry (gym kit), but nothing there. I called reception they confirmed it was with them. I asked if they could deliver it to the room as I was in a state of undress and was told ´´we are very busy checking guests in and I don't know where the maintenance man is´´. I asked how long until it could be delivered to my room and the reception staff said ´´I don't know... it will be a while´´. So I got dressed again, went down to reception (just a few minutes after the call) and found 3 staff at reception all chatting to each other with no new guests waiting to check in! Once I did get changed and down to the gym, the water dispenser was empty (no staff appear to be checking on this). I doubt I'll be back to this hotel.

There are several:easy access from M50 motorway, great parking facilities, location close to Luas trams, lovely friendly staff, food quality. PS. Did not avail of the gym, so above mark is irrelevant.

Breakfast cost: fixed price of €12.00 is great value for such high quality food, but less so if you have less than the full house---some reduction would be nice in this regard.

Friendly hotel with direct coach link from airport. Easy walking distance to Bayer offices. (Less than 15 minutes)

Decoration and style rather dated - could do with a facelift!

Staff were very friendly

It was like stepping back into the 70's with a rubbish TV that had lines on it and there was no room service after 9pm and I arrived late at 11pm. Breakfast was pretty poor with very little if you didnt have a standard plate of everything. (You weren't allowed to help yourself to the hot buffet). No wi-fi in the room. rubbish hair dryer
