Location (near the metro), very nice rooms, a lot of space.

Breakfast starts too late for business people who need to attend meetings.

Notwithstanding the relocation (see below) room and staff at both hotels were very good and I would recommend Citadines to others. I trust the over-booking was a one-off mistake, because I have several more bookings at the St Catherine.

Comments above are on the Citadines Louise: when I arrived at Citadine St Catherine I was told they had 'a problem' and I had been booked into the Louise instead. They were very pleasant about it and paid for my taxi, but I lost another hour at the end of a long day and I specifically had not wanted to stay in the Louise area. Luckily, my dinner planned with colleagues in the St Catherine area was cancelled, else it would have been even more inconvenient. However .. (see +ve comment)
