Staff is friendly.
Hotel is a bit old.
as check in and check out, take time especially check out during peak hour in the morning, there is only one staff who is on duty. as 5 stars hotel and there is a really unacceptable.

staff of buffet restaurant is nice
reservation & reception!!! I almost check-in every month in the King-bed. everytime when I check-in, the reception told me only twin-bed available. sometimes I insist on the king-bed, they will arrange finally. For this time, the girl in reception said it really cannot arrange, so I accpect the twin-bed. However, my colleague who arr 10mins later than me got a king-bed room.
Good support to take care of the luggage when you need to run into a meetring.

unfortunately i have to say that I was not happy with the service for this stay. firstly I had to wait about 20-30min to check in, then I arrived with my suitcases at the door, the key didn=t work! i went down to the receiption , had to wait again to get new card, which was wrong again and took me to a differnt floor. the lift only work with the key card, so i had to come back down to change once more. I had complained heavily, the staff promised to report to the duty manager but since then got no information...very disappointed stay very slow at the check out too, 30 min....

Very high class hotel, good location near to metro and railway station. Extremely nice and helpfull staff in every location, restaurant, reception, concierge, housekeeping. Room charges OK.

Elevator system very old and not accurate. Breakfast 2nd floor.
The hotel has renovated its rooms and kept the standard as 5-star hotel. The quality of services is excellent.
In the evening too much suspicious people trying to rip you off with either ´´stolen´´ goods or offering girls etc. This is not inside of the hotel, but on the street once you step away from the hotel.
