Close to office, nice lobby bar and breakfast
Room was beautiful and clean. I loved the french doors between the bedroom and living area. The room was comfortable and quiet.
The shuttle buses were spotty. We were always available in the morning, however when I called for a shuttle from SAP at 4:30, I could not get a shuttle until 6 so I had to take a taxi.
Nice location to office. Easy to get in and out. Good breakfast, and bar.
Good breakfast offer, lots of fruit choices. Free coffee & tea, fridge in my room.
Keycards did not work properly. Shower made loud annoying whistling noise. Interior design was below standard, depressive pictures on wall, 80s-style coloured floor, old fashioned lamps.

The breakfast Marriot hotels provide are always delicious. The staff was very kind and greeted me with a smile.
The hotel is oudated: the fixtures and the exterior of the hotel look like they are from the 1960's, and it smells that way too. The room had a musty smell, and on the first night I was there my lighbulb blew out on my nighstand. I also left a breakfast menu on my doorknob the first night and they never picked it up/delivered me my food. I was very thirsty in the middle of one night, and decided to grab a water from the vending machine on my floor // of course the vending machine was out of water though... The fitness machines are old, and the running path in the back of the hotel is very grown in. Worst hotel stay ever.

I booked & received a confirmation for 2 day stay. When I cehcked in, they had me staying for 5 days! Then I got a room & a key, only to find out that room was already occupied. I received another room. On check out, my bill showed a 3 day charge & room service. I was there only for 2 days & there was not any room service used. I had that corrected and the bill also had a different credit card other than mine. The staff could not figure anything out!!!
