Positive A very nicely done hotel, quiet, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Once there, we were quite satisfied. Negative We were not contacted about an air conditioning problem with the room we had reserved. The staff was very nice in explaining the situation to us but it would have been far more helpful to know the situation beforehand,
