Despite conditions, all was already charged to my CC when I arrived before 18:00 pm including additional breakfast, charge for shuttle and an additional charge of 5 € // What if I had not been able to get to the hotel or didn't use shuttle or breakfast or simply didn't want to give up that extra charge of 5 € ?
I phoned a week after making reservation and hotel could not find my booking. after 3rd phone call of having to wait a long time I emailed confirmation and was promised hotel would email back...nothing was received or confirmed. I was worried I would not have a room but after waiting at check in they found my email and gave me a room. very unprofessional.
Convenient free shuttle bus. Hot water in the shower whatever the time is.
When I arrived the receptionist would not find my booking ´´oh it happens with hotel.de´´. I had to connect to my email to retrieve it. I was given my room and ´´if the heating is not working please advise us immediately´´ is it my job to check if it works?! When I asked for a shuttle bus to aeroville I was sent to hotel millennium on the other side of the park (´´they are organising it´´) as I could not find it I went into the Novotel where the receptionist kindly gave the schedule and where the bus stop was : in front of the campanile... I've had huge difficulties to connect to the wifi, but decided to use the one at the shopping centre instead as I was going there for dinner. Breakfast was ok. On my 2d and last night, I requested my receipt (as for a weird reason ´´you need to stay at least one night´´ it could not be printed when I paid ). The receptionist (very kind tried to do his best) thought there was a mistake, managed to print it after 5mn, just when I realised the booking wasn't on my name... Family name was ok but first name and billing address totally wrong. The first receptionist probably found a former client called like me un her system.. So I asked the gentleman to amend it. After 15mn I went upstairs, the card was not working, in the meantime I realised that the amount was wrong. Went back downstairs, was served by an arrogant trainee. Colleague saw me and waited another 5/10mn to be told to go back to my room and he would bring it as the manager needed to help him ´´you're no going to sleep straight away right?´´ What about my relaxing evening plans? At that point I advise him that the situation was starting to be a bit annoying and that on top of everything I had to be standing in front of the elevator to have access to the wifi (not nice at 2am only moment when I could actually talk with my partner) ´´it's not a wifi problem being close to the elevator does not change anything´´. The young receptionist offered me to change to another room. I asked if it was closer to the elevator ´´yes´´ And jokingly if the heating was working ´´yes´´. Went upstairs to check the room, which was obviously not closer to the elevator, and where was waiting for me a small heater as the reversible air con was of course not working. In the meanwhile the card of my 1st room was deactivated, so I had to go back downstairs to have it working so I could move my stuff. At that point I also took my receipt. Internet stopped working ´´properly´´ as soon as all the customers went back to their rooms after dinner. I had loads of fun.
Upon arrival, check-in clerk informed me that booking for 1st night had been cancelled and that hotel was full. She did however work hard to find my colleague and me a room.
Shuttle to/from airport appears to be free until you are asked to pay 5€ when checking-out. Stayed 2 consecutive nights booked separately. Booking for 1st night got cancelled without notification nor reason despite credit card number having been provided to guarantee that my room would be kept beyond 18:00 deadline.
Very close to airport, easy access.
Was not able to take airport shuttle, too much people in line so had to take a taxi $$. Nothing left for the breakfast, all baskets were empty and kitchen was not able to provide enough food in time for everyone,,,disapointed!
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas!!
Room heating was not working. Stuff was informed but nobody took any action, nobody even apologized for that. I was given wrong schedule of the shuttle. When I ordered a taxi, I needed to wait 90 minutes. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend.

this is an airport hotel, yet most of the staff speak French only and it is difficult to communicate.
