Positive Free car parking although my car door got damaged by another vehicle I know this was not the hotels fault, great to know your car is safe. Negative This hotel could be greatly improved with an update to decor it's very old fashioned. I did not like the lights in the gloomy corridors as they did not come on until you had stepped out of your room, I felt quite vulnerable as a lone travelling female. I

Positive Accommodation and meals acceptable Negative The booking in of four guests was not made and then when they realized that we had made the reservations they got them completely wrong leaving one guest with a bill for a room she had not booked.
