Positive The fantastic view from just above the hotel and the fact that it was right next to a REMA 1000 supermarket. Negative The fact that I had to climb a steep hill to get to it when I was very tired (I don't do taxis) and the incompetence of two receptionists who promised me a packed lunch in lieu of breakfast and then failed to arrange it.

4.2 Appealing

Positive room pretty clean, staff pretty friendly but they dont do they promise to do. We dont get anything we ask for. Negative Upon arrival I took a shower then as soon as I got my hair wet soap wouldnt come out , no matter how much I squeezed and the shower base start to flood.I gave up shower & came out to the room to call & find out no telephone in the room. My wife helped me
