Positive Entrance and room look ok, the beds are very good. Negative The food delivered with roomservice was cold and not tastefull, check in and check out very slow, not very supportive staff at the reception. Positive friendly and competent staff at the reception, both at check-in and check-out. Invoice was already under the door in the morning very central location, 3 minutes to Grand Place Negative parking really expensive (€27,50 overnight) Only single-pane windows. Even though the window was to a sidestreet in the back street noise was annoyingly noticeable. Not a four star standard! Breakfast way too expensive. Plenty of small cafés around for
