- Entrance looks very nice - Location was good

- Smell of the room - Bed was probably older than the Building (springs were very noticable) - Breakfast was beyond disgusting and not worth 7 pounds - Rooms are very run down - Only very small window

Sheets on the bed clean

the bathroom was terrible the shower curtain was to small , I had a shower and all the floor was flooded. there were black hairs in the sink and floor. the room was not hovered properly, thankfully the bed sheets where clean. it was very cold in the room 10%c. very noisy over night, as it had single glassing windows, and the curtains were to short length wise, even on the fifth floor you could hear, the bins being emptied and the staff talking and laughing outside in the alleyway. my card key did not work, had to ask the chambermaid to let me in to my room. there was no structure at the reception desk, so if you had a problem you would have to join the general queue. in the evening again a long queue and the security guard let me into my room , took my keys and returned with one which worked. when the security guard returned he just let himself in did not knock at the door. thankfully I had decided not to get changed in to my PJ's. felt very insecure as there was no extra lock on the door and had to prop a chair against the door. evening reception staff very poor customer service. Morning receptions staff were much better. I would recommend you take this hotel off the list.

October 2016

the room was clean. the one member of staff that was on was friendly, he seemed to be the one that did everything.

room given was a smokers room??? smelt terrible and the view was a brick wall thank God i only stayed one night. the breakfast was cold and even tea/coffee which we had to serve yourself was cold, yet there were 4 waitresses who just stood there?? in the lounge were quite a number of chairs that were fit for the bin only and the toilets just near the bar smelt the whole lounge out.
