Positive Very convenient for Birmingham New Street Station. The room was pleasant, with slightly old fashioned furniture and fittings that suited the ambience of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there was a little bath Negative I had to hop up and down from bed as the radiator was very fierce (room too hot) and if I turned it down it started to hammer violently so I had to turn it completely off, so then the room got cold and 2 hours later I had to turn it on--etc. etc.

Positive Town centre Negative I have raised a complaint. The room was dirty. It stank of cigarettes and they have no car park despite the advertisement. The customer service from hotel.info in regards to my complaint was dreadful. Will never use again. AVOID!!!!
