A good hotel :)
The room is clean and tidy
Comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient traffic.
Spacious room. Love the toilet! 7/11 just opposite the hotel. Easy to find, not far from exit 5 of Kitahama station.
No English channels.
The rooms were lovely and located within 5 mins walking distance from Kitahama Station in Osaka. Room theater function was great! They have a 7-11 store just outside the hotel which is very convienient for us.
The hotel could be more flexible in checking in timing.

交通很方便，搭阪急、京阪電車、地鐵都很方便，cp值很高,會推薦別人&下次也會考慮再入住，5號出口出來左走一分鐘可到，但沒電梯。要電梯可走四號出口，也是很近
交通非常方便，可從堺筋線的北濱站4號出口搭手扶梯或電梯上樓出站大概2分鐘內到飯店，或從5號出口爬樓梯上樓出站亦是2分鐘內到飯店。附近有2家按摩店，一家在附近的摩斯漢堡旁邊幾間，另一家在北濱地鐵4號出口的kitahama plaza2樓。逛街很累可以去按摩一下，我們有去摩斯旁那家，剛好碰到一位會講中文的日本店員，按摩的也非常好，大推！

12/20-12/22共入住3日,訂房網站沒標示清楚,帶9歲小朋友的費用,結果check in時,櫃台一位男櫃台,硬是要收小朋友的費用日幣4600*3晚=日幣13800,感覺不好,而且當日己晚,不付這筆費用,櫃台不讓check in,後來只好付款,好像被強劫,如果有帶小朋友的背包客,自己注意一下是否要住這間
