Positive The staff were very friendly and always recognized me. The biggest advantage was the price of this hotel. The price was very reasonable for Geneva. Negative There was not any AC in the room, however a fan was provided. Since it is a busy part of town it is very difficult to sleep with the window open to the street, making it very hot at night and a bit difficult to sleep. I stayed on the top floor, perhaps o

Positive Close to the railway station and the city center. The hotel gave us city transportation tickets. Negative The hotel is situated at a noisy area. It was too hot during our stay (July), and there was no air condition. The quality of service in the breakfast was not that good, the staff was too slow in responding to the increased needs.
