Negative when we check in, they told us they are full due to their system issue. And the send us to another hotel one hour away in the night. The big problem is they break my plan due to the long distance. At last, they forget to send me the invoice mail.

Positive Staff was knowledgeable, breakfast was sufficient, clean towels everyday. Negative Carpet was old and didn't look clean. key card was not user friendly. Needs to do a better job of keeping cigarette smell out of the non smoking section of the hotel.
