Positive Location of the hotel is definitely the biggest plus. There are tram stops right outside plus everything you would want is just a short walk away. We only had limited exposure to staff but they all seemed lovely and helpful. Negative Our room was very dated and some things even falling apart. Also found it annoyed no extra towels to go swimming with down in the pool area.

Positive Nice and quiet, staff were helpful and friendly. Negative Adding a few more facilities would be nice, such as robes. And our TV remote was missing Batteries therefore we could not turn it on. Otherwise the stay was very nice.
