The room floor was dirty. There was no paper or pen to write with. No laundry bag. Nothing with information. We found a soap wrapper left from previous occupant, and a tissue stuck behind the room rate sheet. When we ask for a comment card they informed us they didnt have/use them. So very disappointed with this Baymont. No pool.
