Positive Staff very friendly and helpful. Good shuttle bus service to airport even thought tends to get very full. Like the option of shuttle service to La Rambla althought I didn;t use it Negative Key card didn't work on two occasions, Had to change room on the first occasion as the hotel could not get into the room either. Second time the key card needed re-syncing. Rooms and bathrooms need updating as very tired looking. When I had a bath there
