Evaluations of Aster an der Messe
the room is great
the location is a bit far from shoping area
The hotel had forgotten our reservation so we did not have the 3 rooms we booked for one week in far advance. Hotel took no responsibility for it but said we had to move and find another hotel for the rest of the week. (we had to stay one night at this hotel) WARNING!
This hotel doesn't take bookings from hotel.de seriously. Booked long in advance and when we arrived there was no booking according to the hotel but after checking it was there. since we booked long Before many later bookings we wanted them to change the later bookings so we could have rooms but no interest to help at all.
The hotel is very close to Messe Berlin (20 minutes of walking to the main entry) and also has the U-Bahn station in the very close neighborhood. Breakfast was nice and bathrooms extremly clean.
The flooring in my room was creaking on each step I made. Also papery walls allow each noise to enter in. You need to ask for a room with safe windows, otherwise it becomes pretty cold during the night.
The hotel and its personel were trusty. This was important for me as a people in a foreign country.
