Hotel location
Evaluations of Arktur City
Very friendly staff, and the room was clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but good. Very close to the U7 undeground stop.
The WiFi connection was not constant, it came and went. This is bad for me as a business traveller. Quite noisy at night as the room was on a busy street. No light on the desk which made it difficult to work in the evening.
Ok type for a night stay. Don't go to this hotel if you are particular about your room. It is just basic.
Everything.
Very clean room and good location, directly at the bus stop of line M45. Walking distance also to the underground (U-Bahn). Very friendly staff.
No refrigerator in the room, hair dryer needed to be picked up from the hotel reception. Hotel is divided in two houses, expected to stay in the part closer to the Otto-Suhr-Allee, but was in the rear house. Not a problem, but was not clear upfront when the booking was done. Room very small but adequate for a place that you just need to sleep.
Good low cost hotel. Breakfast was good for its price. Clean rooms and bathroom.
The street next to the hotel is noisy also at night. The only free power outlet was not working, so I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. The room was quite dark even if I switched on all the lamps - so working on my laptop in the evening was not really good for my eyes.
Not supposed to be on ELX directory. Does not meet any satisfactory standard
Our room was clean, quiet and surprisingly modern. Although the bathroom was typically small, the floors and walls were granite and gave it a nice up-scale/ expensive look. Breakfast was typical German breakfast // coffee, brotchen, wurst, boiled eggs etc. but everything was fresh and we got our fill and took some to go for snacks during the day. All staff we interacted with were always very courteous and very helpful whenever we needed information about things in the city.
I got a good professional support from the staff of the hotel. Thank you
