Our mid-class 'Las Letras' Apartments by Terravisiontravel, feature 15 comfortable, modern-style apartments, all located on the first floor of a historic builing - renovated in 2010 - in the very heart of Madrid (barrio de Las Letras).

Our apartments have different sizes and can accommodate from 1 to 5 people. Apartments' facilities include flat-screen TV, kitchnette as well as tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, bed-sheets and bathroom towels. A hair dryer is also available for your use in the bathroom. All the 15 comfortable hotel rooms have air conditioning and ironing facilities. 

Our apartments are all non-smoking.

On request, Apartamentos 'Las Letras' is pleased to welcome small-size domestic pets (surcharge applicable). If you travel with your pet, when making your reservation with us please contact our Reception staff to arrange your pet's stay.

Different confirmation/cancellation conditions may apply to discounted rates, group reservations (3 apartments or more) and long stays (7 nights or more). Please check applicable conditions before making your booking or ask our Reception staff.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Reception with limited operation time. To check in, you must inform the property about the arrival time to the apartment, at least 3 days before the scheduled date of check-in.

Hours:
Check-in from 2pm to 9pm.
Check-out: before 11am.

Additional charges for 'Late check-in':
From 9pm to 11pm,  20 Euros, direct payment at the apartments.
From 11pm to 01:00am, 40 Euros, direct payment at the apartments.
