Positive The bed itself was quite okay. Another good thing perhaps was the discount on the "Diamond Parking" fee (still had to pay 10 Euro for less than one day though but that might be average then). Negative The hotel was very noisy and everything was very (yes, very) dirty and shabby. The window of the room could not be closed properly and there was a problem with the heater and the air conditioning as well.

Positive The front desk clerk that checked us in was the most pleasant part of our stay, he was friendly and helpful, the clerk working the front desk the following day did not so much as look up from her phone when we and the couple behind us came into the hotel. Negative My husband and I travel extensively - in the past 10 months we have traveled to over 19 countries on both business and pleasure trips. This hotel was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in, it was filthy, carpets were stained, our bathroom door had two
