Positive Close to the meeting center. Nice restaurants in the area. Negative This is the worst hotel I have booked with SAP so far. Shabby hotel. Room keys that do not work. No towels in the room. Very bad check-in and check-out experience. Every time I survived the elevator, I was happy. Bathroom not clean.

Positive Tidy and spacious room, although a bit outdated and worn. Good AC Negative The first night there were no towels. Despite 3 calls to the reception. Apparently house keeping was mot avaliable anymore. I was goven the last two tiny towels they had dnd that they were sorry. This was corrected the next day, but without any compens

Positive Good prices for location. Negative Door with ajoining room allowed noises in, also room was next to the elavator, which made squeaking noises. Also, key was not required to ride elevator up, so less secure.
