Positive Great location, nice rooms and new looking bathrooms. Hotel is basic but provides all that is needed for the pricepoint they have. friendly breakfast service and good reception Negative No elevator in the hotel but still 6 floors and no service for the luggage. In front of the hotel very noisy due to clubs in the neighborhood so be sure to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. breakfast choice is limited but included in the price

Positive Very good hotel in its category, relatively cheap (in comparison with other Dublin hotels), near the city center. Negative Rather cold, central heating did not work, however, other blanket was available. Rather noisy (tram going all night in front of the hotel), but was not such a problem.
