Positive Highly recommend - staff was very friendly and upgraded me to a king suite with city view. Location is 15 minutes from Chicago Connectory (Merchandise Mart). Parking was $39 with $10 extension for long 2nd day. Negative My room was clean but my colleague said one towel was stained.

Positive Variety ambience, friendly staff, location is accessible to all major things in downtown. Parking is discounted ($39) and have multiple entry to parking lot in a day for one day payment. Negative Breakfast is included but limited to $10. This is not enough in Chicago.

Positive The hotel staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I also love the quirkiness of the decor in the room and throughout the hotel. Negative The only thing I did not like is that I had an internal room, so it was very dark. All I could see were brick walls and windows. I would suggest requesting a room with a view of the city.

Positive Its close by to Navy Pier of Chicago and to the downtown Negative The breakfast is only few things available in the bakery for 10$ which was not good and very few options to choose from. Ambience in the rooms were not good.
