The Duane Street Hotel, which earned a place on Conde Nast Traveller’s 2008 Hot List of New Hotels, is a residential boutique hotel located in the TriBeCa area of Manhattan. TriBeCa, meaning triangle below Canal Street is known for its cobblestone streets, historic warehouse buildings, art galleries and award-winning restaurants. Duane Street Hotel is located in one of New York’s most stylish neighborhoods, where one can experience all the upscale comforts of a metropolitan home.

Each of our 45 rooms feature custom-designed residential furniture, natural wood, slate bathrooms with chrome and marble fixtures. All rooms are individually climate controlled and include hi-tech amenities to meet the needs of business and leisure travelers such as high-speed Internet access as well as Wi-Fi (hi-speed wireless Internet access) throughout the hotel; flat screen HD televisions; CD players; expandable work desks, voice mail; dual phone lines; and hair dryers. The New York Times is delivered daily and guests sleep on 100% Egyptian cotton designer linens which help make for a good night’s rest.
