Our house is located right in the centre of the forest and presents itself as the perfect holiday accommodation for all people who are looking for and appreciate tranquillity and nature. Experience untroubled holidays in a familial and cosy atmosphere, be spoilt by our cuisine and cellar and enjoy the unique quiet location of our house amidst widely unspoilt nature.
Our close to nature location already provides the program for our kitchen. We are trying to use regional foods and prepare them partly with traditional recipes and partly in a modern and light way. The seasons of nature determine the menu: in May it is enriched by asparagus, venison and strawberries; in summer by fish, salads and chanterelles; in autumn by boletus, rare tuber vegetables, venison and poultry.
From 2010 it will be not allowed to smoke on the rooms. We hope for your understanding.
