Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim is located at one of the most beautiful market squares of Northern Germany. The historic and listed facade of the hotel and its elegant interior present a romantic charm and atmosphere.

The Gildehaus restaurant combines timber framework from a typical north-German estate with modern design features. The gastronomic concept resembles creative and internationally influenced German cuisine as well as varied á la carte cuisine. The relaxed ambience at the Havanna Bar is created by precious wood panelling and colourful details. The sun terrace enjoys a nice position at the market square.
