Since 1950 the Vaughan Family at the 2 Star Anno Santo Hotel has extended a true Galway welcome to guests from all over the world. The Hotel is situated in the heart of a quiet residential suburbia on the main city bus routes. The Anno Santo Hotel offers the perfect blend of personal attention plus the amenities and facilities the seasoned traveler expects. The Hotels special appeal lies in its ability to blend a high level of personal service with quality accommodation. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel as guests enjoy morning coffee afternoon tea or a relaxing drink in the evening. All rooms are beautifully decorated and have a desk; hairdryer; comfortable beds and are all en suite. The property is closed for business during Christmas and the New Year. A special event to enjoy is the Galway Races the biggest and greatest of all Irish Racing Festivals which is an extremely popular event on the Irish calendar. It is a great sporting even and creates a unique social atmosphere attracting both true race gers and socialites alike. The hotel has free on site parking. Additional Information: Children age 5 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 6-11 receive a 50 pct reduction. From Galway Carnmore Airport follow Dublin to Galway N6-Cork and Limerick to Galway N18 then N6-Sligo to Galway N17-Clifden and Connemara to Galway N59-Castlebar to Galway N84. From Oranmore on the N6 continue for approximately 4km on the dual carriageway to Martin Roundabout. The dual carriageway divides into exits for Galway East Link or Galway West link. Taking the West Link take 2nd exit for 1 km to Ballybrit Lynch Roundabout. Take 2nd left along the dual carriageway straight for 1km through to Morris Roundabout. Continue through 2nd left for 1km to Font Roundabout on the Tuam road and continue straight for 2km to Headford road and Kirwan Roundabout. Take the 2nd exit New Marriott Hotel by Dunnes Stores 500m to large Bodkin Roundabout with traffic lights. Take the 4th exit for 2km the R336 over the Quincentennial Bridge. Go straight through traffic lights for 500m to Browne Roundabout. Continue straight on by West Side shopping centre on the R338 for 1km to Deane Roundabout.
