Surrounded by antiques, precious tapestries and 21st centuries amenities - this is a truly unique and unforgettable place to spend a delightful holiday. Relais Villa Antea combines the unique charm and intimacy of a luxurious old home with the most modern amenities. This little Relais has recently been redesigned with great care and impeccable attention to detail. Villa Antea offers six large, bright double rooms - 2 Superior, 3 Deluxe and 1 Junior Suite all guests rooms are furnished with authentic old furniture. Every guest room is also provided with modern comforts: extra-king-size beds, LCD TV, air-conditioning, free WiFi internet connection, direct phone, minibar and personal safety box. All bathrooms are luxuriously large and finished in fine Carrara marble. Especially unique are the shower stalls complete with jet sprays. The Junior Suite has, in addition, an English style bathtub. The ground floor bedroom and bath have been specially fitted to accommodate guests with physical challenges. Special breakfasts are served in the Villa's exclusive dining room, that is also characterised by a precious mosaic floor alla palladiana. Tea and cocktails are to be enjoyed in the outside courtyard. |

By car from the Highway: After the highway exit of Firenze nord go straight following the directions for centro della citta. Keep going straight in via di Novoli and then still straight along viale Francesco Redi. Turn right in Viale Belfiore and then turn immediately on the left in via Guido Monaco. After 300mt turn again on the left in Viale Fratelli Rosselli Keep going along viale Filippo Strozzi for nearly 700mt going along the Fortezza da Basso until you reach the indication for the Careggi Hospital. Keep going straight crossing the little river and turn on the right in via Venti Settembre. Keep going straight for nearly 600mt, turn on the left in via Nove Febbraio and then after 100mt turn on the left in via Francesco Puccinotti. Villa Antea is located at the number 46 (on right after nearly 140mt) From the Airport: Villa Antea is 5,5km far from the airport (the directions are the same than from the highway) From the Train Station: you can either walk, or take a taxi (about 6 euro) or take the bus number 13 and get off at the third stop (via Venti Settembre). |
