Our Alpenhotel Birkenhof boasts an elevated panorama location of 1300 m above Bodensdorf and Lake Ossiach. You will reach our property in about 10 to 15 minutes driving along the panoramic Gerlitzenstrasse (Serpentinen-and Aussichtsstrasse).
The 20 comfortably furnished rooms are appointed with TV, a telephone, Internet access, radio, a bathroom with a shower or bathtub as well as a balcony or a terrace.
Take a seat at the restaurant in a rustic style and try the wide range of seasonal, regional and international dishes. The hotel bar with a small salon invites you to unwind during the whole day.
Relax in our small wellness oasis. Here you will find a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, a relaxation room and a small fitness room. On request we will be glad to arrange beauty treatments and massages for you.
Please note, that due to our location it might be necessary to take winter equipment with you. Winter tyres are a must, in case of snow we do recommend snow chains.
