	Fairlawns Hotel is set within 9 acres of peaceful/ landscaped grounds/just 10 minutes from Junction 7 of the M6 and Junction T4 of the M6 toll road.Walsall is 4 miles west of the hotel/and the nearest large commercial area.Sutton Coldfield is 6 miles south east and Brownhills is 4 miles north of the hotel.Lichfield is 9 miles north east of the hotel.Its location is also ideal for Cannock and Tamworth. The hotel is well placed for Birmingham city centre and the National Exhibition Centre /NEC/ as well as many of the regions other key attractions.

Continue, leaving the built up area/ turning left at junction with A454 /Old Irish Harp / Ferrari garage / double roundabout/. Fairlawns is 200m. on right. From M6 Toll Road/ Junction T4 Time from M6 Junction T4 to hotel 10-12 minutes. Exit M6 toll at JT4 and follow A5 towards Brownhills until second roundabout /Texaco Garage/. Turn left onto A461 towards Walsall to traffic lights /Shire Oak Pub/.Turn left onto A452 for three miles turning right towards Aldridge at junction with A454 /Old Irish Harp / Ferrari garage / double roundabout/. Fairlawns is 200m. on right. From Birmingham City Centre Time from Birmingham City Centre to hotel 20-40 minutes. From A38 /at Lancaster Circus/ leave Birmingham on A34 towards Walsall. Turn right onto A4041 at Scott Arms traffic lights and continue through 3 roundabouts/ each time following signs to Litchfield and Brownhills and ignoring signs to Aldridge.
