Opened in 2009, the Golf Residence belongs to the golf course Seeschlösschen Timmendorfer Strand and is located on the opposite site of the golf course. The rooms are individually furnished, some of them have their own kitchen.

The golf course has two 18-hole-courses, the North and the South course. The par 72 championship North course with a total length of 6.323 m offers a great opportunity for every golf player to prove their talent. Situated around the picturesque Oeverdieker lake, the par 61 South course with a total length of 3.600 m is ideally suited not only for beginners, but also for experts. The South course is also perfect for a quick round of golf.

Guests of the Golf Residence get a green fee reduction for the North and the South course.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in our clubhouse restaurant.
