You must have experienced Thorsten Probosts cuisine to be able to understand his cooking philosophy: A man stands in the kitchen, a man who has style and needs no trends to perform miracles resulting in wonderfully harmonious meals. Thorsten Probost is always looking at harmony between excellent ingredients, seasoning and herbs. His cooking is purist and honest with herbs always playing first fiddle. A new universe of flavors Thorsten Probost composes his creative meals from about 80 different herbs. According to the chefs creed herbs support the products used and are never obtrusive. He knows where to add Japanese water pepper, fruity-sweet stevia or greenpepper basil. In addition to a wealth of exotic herbs from Japan to Mexico, also domestic herbs are used of course: Whether pimpernel, wood sorrel, yarrow or lovage, the fascinated gourmet is entering a new universe of flavors that absolutely surpasses Mediterranean rosemary and sage Recreation: Welcome in our Vital Spa Oase 1700m above sea level.
