The Principe complex is located just in front of the sea side of the Playamar Beach, composed by Sol Principe Hotel with 623 rooms in three communicating blocks with spacious common areas, halls and a large reception area. The rooms, all with a lateral sea view, include a terrace, a complete bathroom (with hair dryer), telephone, safe deposit box, air conditioning in summer (from July 1st to September 30th) and heating in winter. The Principito apartments are part of this complex and comprise 170 apartments and studios for two, three or four people, with a terrace overlooking at the garden and the swimming pool. They are equipped with a complete bathroom (with hair dryer), kitchenette with fridge, telephone, music, safe deposit box, air conditioning and heating.
