The hotel Italia, a recently renovated modern building, is situated in Siena, a short distance from Porta Camollia, the traditional entrance to the medieval town. Siena is nestled amongst wonderful rolling hills, and it is world famous due to its artistic and architectural jewels of the medioeval city centre, which has been declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site. The hotel lies near many bars and typical restaurants, where guests can taste the delicious tuscan specialities accompanied by the internationally renowned local wines: Chianti classico, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino or Vernaccia di San Gimignano Residents may make use of the tennis court and the swimming pool of the Hotel Garden.
