Our "FERIENHAUS AM MATINESWEG" is set in very sunny location on the fringe of the village of Serfaus. The peaceful yet central location (with few steps you reach the village center) makes our hotel the perfect backdrop for your complete summer or winter vacation.
Serfaus, the small late Romanesque holiday village in the middle of an ancient cultivated landscape, lies 1400 m above the Tyrolean Inn-Valley on a sun plateau. In winter it’s a wonderful ski resort, framed by the Samnau-Group and the Ötztal Alps with 160 km of slopes, 111 km cross-country ski runs and 53 modern ski lifts from 1.200 m to 2.700 m. In summer a lovely scenery with an extensive network of hiking- and touring paths for hikers, bikers or nature-fans.
We provide 8 holiday apartments for 2 - 6 people. All holiday apartments are luxuriously furnished (fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room for jovial gathering, telephone, TV, modem and fax access....) and spacious so that you can enjoy your holidays all the more.
Right by the house we have a 600 sqm large garden with a pond, shed, children’s playground and sun bathing lawn. Sunloungers, parasols and toys for the children are available.
