Hotellet erbjuder 30 gästrum (10 enkelrum, 10 dubbelrum). Ditt hotell ligger direkt vid motorvägen och är lätt att nå. Du kan även parkera ditt fordon i hotellets låsbara garage. Hotellet har rökfria rum där du gärna får övernatta med din fyrbenta, bästa vän (meddela om du vill ha ett rökfritt rum när du bokar).

Gästehaus Creo Living is conveniently placed near the Mittlerer Ring ring road. The trade fair grounds and the city centre of Munich can be reached in a few minutes. Moreover, the access to the A8 Salzburg/Innsbruck motorway and to the motorway beltway is in a distance of only a few hundred metres. All important destinations in the area can thus be accessed quickly.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the St.-Quirin-Platz underground station is only 300 m away.
The guesthouse is furnished in a simple however functional way. Each guest room and each suite (with several rooms) features en-suite facilities. The rooms have a low maintenance linoleum floor. Pets are welcome after prior arrangement.
As of February 2009 WLAN internet access is offered free of charge. A parking space in the underground car park can be reserved for a fee. Unfortunately, breakfast is not yet available, but is being planned for April 2009.
