The ‘Hotel & Restaurant zum Hirsch’ is the birthplace of Johann Georg Fischer (an important master builder from the Baroque). You will stay in a traditional listed building in Marktoberdorf, which has been managed by the family with a lot of care since 1950.
The retreat is located in the centre of the district town of Marktoberdorf, which is ideal for romancing the stones in the evening. A jogging path runs near the “green belt” of the town.
