The guest house “Hochstein“ is located amid the wonderful nature of the Bavarian forest at the foot of the highest mountain of this region, called the “Great Arber”(1457 m) in Oberried. Our house is directly located at the hiking trail of “Zellertal” and is thus the ideal place to start your hiking activities.
In this scenery, not far away from the famous health resort Bodenmais with its variety of sights and leisure facilities, a relaxing and recreative holiday is ensured. And due to the calm location and the cosy atmosphere of our guesthouse, you will soon forget your everyday life and you will completely recover.
Our attentive staff and our rich and excellent culinary offers will surely contribute to a convenient and relaxing stay at our guesthouse. Our cuisine is well-known for its specialities like fresh trouts and a wide range of game dishes.
The nicely furnished rooms of our house offer a bathroom with shower and toilet. Additionally we provide several cosy lounges as well as a TV room and a room for table tennis. Take advantage of our gymnasium, sauna, solarium and our water basin for “Kneipp” treatments and relax on our sun terrace.
