Built at the beginning of the 20th century and completely renovated in 2007 the 2 star Pension Frohsinn is a small family hotel located on a beautiful hillside in Bad Gastein with 15 nice and cosy rooms. The rooms are fitted with a balcony offering a beautiful view over the Gastein valley; Satellite TV; free WLAN and a bathroom. In the vicinity of the hotel there are many sports and leisure opportunities in summer as well as in winter. The hotel facilities include a summer terrace; cafe-bar with a dance floor; sauna and drying room for ski boots. We offer a ski and bike rent as well. Its very characteristic appearance with beautiful buildings dating back to the Belle Epoque blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings. From Salzburg Airport take the Tauernautobahn-Tauern motorway in a southerly direction to Bischofshofen and take the Gasteinertal exit then Road No. 167 into the Gastein valley. Take a bus from central station Bad Gastein which goes trough Bad Bruck and continue to bus stop Nikolauskirche.Utgångspunkt: Innsbruck Airport Riktning: W
From Innsbruck Airport take the motorway via Woergl unti Road No. 312 via St.Johann-Tirol to Lofer. Then take road No. 311 via Zell am See to Lend then Road No. 167 to Gastein. Alternatively you can take the motorway to Kufstein-Salzburg-Villach and take the Gasteinertal exit then Road No. 167 into the Gastein valley.Utgångspunkt: Munich Airport Riktning: S
