Dining: Since December 2001 Peter Girtler from Sterzing has been offering his refined art of cooking at the Stafler. He knows exactly how to apply his experience acquired at the best houses - last at the Munich Tantris (3 Michelin stars) - to the culinary motto of the Restaurant Stafler: South Tyrolean plain cooking keeps its proper place along with international variety, Girtler treats first-class basic produces expertly, great emphasis is also put on clever menu order and visual presentation. Many produces and their way of preparing deserve to be in the centre of attention. During the culinary special days, also a central part of the restaurant Stafler, you enjoy the pleasures of gastronomic culture Tyrolean delicacies, Italian cuisine and international menus go together well. The spices used are all grown in the hotel-own herb garden. Various produces from the estate refine the meals quality. We serve exquisite and ripe wines to accompany the meals.
