We're especially proud of our fine Black Forest cuisine with selected herbs. We demand the best of our ingredients and use only first-class, fresh, regional produce. We collect our wild herbs in the warm months from the surrounding meadows and forests. We're happy to take our guests on small excursions to see where the herbs grow and explain how they are used. Our chefs work every day to satisfy the discerning palate, and our Patissier will tempt you with fresh cake and pastry creations every day.
