Our hotel “Michels Stern” is located in the rural village Markbreit between the cities Frankfurt, Würzburg and Nürnberg, at the most southern point of the area called ”Main Triangle”. Due to its privileged situation, the hotel is a great place to start your excursions in this region.
Our new building offers 11 spacious single- and double rooms which are appointed with showeer/WC, hairdryer, TV cable, telephone, and mini bar. On request, additional beds for children are available. We provide free parking in the hotel garage. You will surely appreciate our breakfast which is offered with individual service.
Taste the Franconian cuisine, served in our restaurant with pleasant atmosphere. The chef presents home-made specialities like fried sausage, fish, and regional Franconian dishes like “Leberklößchensuppe” and “Sauerbraten”. Furthermore, you may also choose international dishes such as canard, mussels or international fish dishes.
The village Markbreit and its surrounding offer a variety of sights. The little pictorial village has a beautiful Old Town, an old Renaissance guildhall, baroque trading houses at the market place, the castle “Seinsheimer Schloß” and the world-famous “Malerwinkelhaus” which houses the municipal museum. Due to good connections to the motorway and public transport, you can easily reach Würzburg. The landscape provides numerous recreational facilities like hiking and cycling.
