Hotel Posthaus Hotel Residenz is located in the heart of the Kronberg town, on the “Berliner Platz” (a square) but nevertheless boasts a peaceful position. The town of Kronberg im Taunus is 15 km to the north of Frankfurt am Main, far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and offering its guests the healthy air of the Taunus landscape. The hotel is yet not too far away from Frankfurt and gives the opportunity to rush quickly into the turmoil of the metropolis on the river Main.

Our 23 rooms and suites are spacious and comfortably equipped. Warm wooden tones and parquet floors replace the feeling of staying at a hotel with the comforts of home. The hotel offers rooms spreading over 30 m² up to 90 m² big suites with a separate living room, bedroom and working area. 2 rooms are adapted to the needs of disabled guests.

For lunch and dinner we offer you light and fresh dishes. In the evenings we invite you to try our selected wines and of course fresh tapped beer served by our friendly staff always doing their utmost to fulfil every single requirement.

In the summer, the Berliner Platz around the fountain in front of the hotel turns into a vivid meeting point. In the nice summer evenings the setting sun bathes the square with Mediterranean light and makes it look like an Italian Piazza.
