The privately-run Hotel Villa Kastania is located in the wonderful Charlottenburg district in Berlin. It was reconstructed with attention to detail between 1993 and 2006 by the owner Sylvia Möller. This small and very exclusive four-star hotel with Mediterranean flair now accommodates guests from all over the world who love and appreciate this oasis in the middle of the metropolis of Berlin.
The 45 stylish and warm rooms and suites at Hotel Villa Kastania will enchant you with a composition of exquisite woods, fabrics and natural stones. The fairground, ICC (International Congress Centre), the radio tower, the Olympic Stadium, the Waldbühne open air stage, the German Opera, the Kudamm (one of the most famous avenues in Berlin) and the metro station Theodor-Heuss-Platz are reachable within a few minutes on foot. The metro line U2 drives through the whole city centre of Berlin.
