Excellent cuisine can be enjoyed in the relaxed atmosphere of the Brassiere or Orangery. The team of Chefs serve a wonderful varied à la carte menu from locally sourced produce including fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Organic and GM free foods are also available. Browns is highly regarded as the local destination for the ubiquitous English Sunday roast accompanied by good wine, professional friendly service and hospitality.
Still and sparkling water is bottled on the premises and drawn from the hotel’s well – positioned under a glass panel in the Orangery. The well is believed to date from Roman Times.
