The hotel Italia, a recently renovated modern building, is situated in Siena, a short distance from Porta Camollia, the traditional entrance to the medieval town. Siena is nestled amongst wonderful rolling hills, and it is world famous due to its artistic and architectural jewels of the medioeval city centre, which has been declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site.
