Located in the well-known city of Montreux at Lake Geneva, the Excelsior Swiss Quality Montreux Grand Hotel is truly a haven of peace. This Victorian style hotel was built in 1907 and is directly situated at the lake, at the Quai des Fleurs. The interior reflects the grandeur of the exterior – a wonderful place where you can find antique collections and original Art Deco stained glass.
Our spacious rooms and suites, all facing Lake Geneva and the wonderful panorama of the Alps, provide balcony or terrace. All our rooms offer free internet access via TV, high speed internet connection and free entertainment TV channels with a selection of 50 movies per month.
A few free parking places are available for our guests in front of the hotel but since they are free, we can't reserve them.
There are many other public places on the same street, but the maximum parking time is limited to 3 hours with a blue parking disk to get from the authorities.
Our swimming-pool will be closed from Monday 21st September to Monday 5th October 2009 due to annual cleaning. In the meantime, the clients will be granted access to the swimming-pool of our partner hotel „Le Royal Plaza“, in echange of a voucher available at our Front Desk.
