In the heart of Madrid, just a stone's throw from (almost) everything is the Hotel Chic and Basic Atocha located a hotel where you will feel truly at home. It is located just a few metres from Atocha Station.

Our 36 rooms come in L, M and S formats. Outward and inward-facing, filled with natural light and the calm of Madrid's streets. A range of whites shape the design of rooms true to our ingenious and simple philosophy. All devised with curiosity, simplicity and, of course, practicality in mind.

We launch our new "wake up kit" concept, leaving you a tasty morsel at the door of your room. It includes juice, cereals and fruit packed in a small bag and it will be hanged on the door's handle. The guests have a possibility to have breakfast in the room or in the common area where coffee and water are available 24 hours a day.

To help you feel even more at ease we have the "be yourself" zone where you can let your hair down, with sofas and free Internet access; the "help yourself" zone, with free coffee and water available at any time and where you can also keep the munchies at bay with snacks, sandwiches, etc... All at very reasonable prices; our "love yourself" zone, located on the sixth floor, where you will find a sun terrace with loungers and a shower to freshen up.

The hotel remains true to the last to the chic&basic philosophy: no frills, no ostentation, but with exquisite taste, fun and an even greater ambience.
